Starter Mapping System
For departments on a limited budget, ERM has a starter system. This system includes a basic version of RUNBOOK® without GPS and AVL capabilities and TIGER-based maps with eight layers of data.
These layers provided for the district include:
- Roads with address ranges
- Streams and Lakes
- GNS Place Names (schools, hospitals, etc.)
- Townships, Ranges, and Sections
- All EPA regulated facilities
(includes superfund and hazardous waste sites, Tier II data, etc.)
While the TIGER-based maps are not as complete and accurate as the property based maps provided in the Turnkey Maps product, they provide the department with a starting point. The basic RUNBOOK® package can be upgraded to the GPS/AVL version for $599 when the department goes to property based maps.
