Emergency Response Maps (ERM) ) was founded in 2000 to meet the growing needs of Federal, State, County, and City governments to produce quality map solutions from GIS data and attributes. Since our founding, ERM has expanded our products and services beyond our specialized mapping solutions and integration for first responders. Our flagship product, RUNBOOK®, offers superior mission-critical GPS routing, incident management, and hazardous material solutions for all public safety vehicles, PSAPS and 911 dispatch centers. With our recent integration of RUNBOOK® and our Pre-Planning program, eFirstView®, we now offer more robust capabilities to enhance first responder safety, while improving response times and operational capabilities. Both RUNBOOK® and eFirstView® can be deployed in a standalone setting, or as a fully integrated solution depending on individual needs.
ERM also provides an enhanced version of Wiser® for Hazmat identification and mitigation, which has been embedded in RUNBOOK® and eFirstView® to further enhance first response capabilities. Our solutions have been designed to provide easy-to-use interfaces that display the most critical information needed to those who need, when they need it.
